Estate Preservation Law offices is pleased to offer a $1,500 scholarship for college-bound and current college students attending a school in Central, MA. The scholarship demonstrates our commitment to students whose long-term education goals include working in the field of education following graduation from a four-year college.

Eligibility requirements follow:

High school seniors

  • High School Seniors intent on attending college full-time and on earning a bachelors' degree in education.
  • Students who exhibit solid academic achievement and leadership potential.
  • Applicants must be attending a high school and planning to attend a college located in Central, MA.

Current college students

  • Full-time college students who are majoring in education.
  • Students who exhibit solid academic achievement and leadership potential.
  • Applicants must be attending a college located in Central, MA

Selection Criteria

A committee composed of the members from the firm's staff will judge scholarship applications based on the following criteria:

  • Quality of the application
  • Grade point average - solid academic standing
  • Letters of recommendation from teacher or other adult who is familiar with the student's record of achievement
  • Essay -demonstrate commitment to special needs education
  • Community activities
  • Awards and recognition
  • Work history
  • Special circumstances
  • Demonstrated leadership

Please complete the application form. Print it out and mail it with attachments listed on the form to Lauren Dodge. Packages should postmarked no later than March 15, 2011.
